What the score is. Grasp Scores and reports are risk indicators computed from public
repository metadata using our published
methodology. They are proxies, provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. They are not
assertions about any person's or organization's competence, and not claims about the quality,
security, or fitness of any software. Don't make them into something they're not.
Using the free scanner. Scan any public repository within the posted rate limits. Don't
abuse, overload, probe, or attempt to disrupt the service, and don't misrepresent Grasp output as
something we didn't produce.
Your reports. You may share and cite reports generated for you, with attribution to
graspscore.com. The engine, site, and methodology text remain ours.
Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the free
service is limited to the amount you paid for it — which is zero. Paid engagements are governed by
their own agreements.
Who we are. Grasp is operated by SolarMark Software LLC; these terms are an agreement
between you and SolarMark Software LLC.
Changes. We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this URL.
